I volunteer to raise funds for the Rowland Ward Foundation, and I would like to say how proud I am of the work this organization is doing to raise the level of awareness about wildlife and habitat conservation worldwide. One of our latest projects was working with Mayo Oldiri Safaris to construct a primary school in the village of Mbila, located in the North Region of Cameroon. Many local people are unfamiliar with the wildlife living near them, so we provide schools within our funding jurisdictions with materials, like calendars, that teach their students about the different species and their behaviors and habitats. These materials help foster appreciation of the natural world around them, and they emphasize the value of preserving their environment and the animals in it. We firmly believe that our crucial conservation efforts can bring about meaningful change, and I am proud to be a part of that great endeavor.
As a volunteer for the Rowland Ward Foundation, I consider it an incredible privilege to be involved in their Community Programs. The work we undertake is truly inspiring, and I take great pride in knowing that we are actively contributing to the conservation of wildlife. Collaborating closely with local communities, we have been able to make a tangible difference in protecting wildlife and their habitats. Through our efforts, we have witnessed the positive impact on both the local people and the flourishing wildlife populations. Moreover, our work has played a crucial role in upholding the principles of fair-chase hunting, ensuring its sustainability for generations to come. The satisfaction I derive from being a part of this incredible initiative is unparalleled, and it fuels my passion to continue making a meaningful impact in the realm of wildlife conservation.
