Causes: Children & Youth, Youth Development Programs
Mission: Presentation of one-week leadership
Programs: Sponsoring, administrating and staffing 5 one-week-long leadership training camps for middle and high school students. Camps are held at the ymca of the rockies (high school), the ponderosa retreat & conference center (middle school), and the easter seals camp in empire, co (disabled youth). Junior counselors are recent ryla "graduates" of the training. Senior counselors are rotarian volunteers.
