Mission: To provide structure for teaching sailing to children and adults in the rockport, maine area.
Programs: Rbc provided youth sailing lessons for 123 rockport-area children, and provided scholarship support to local students in need. Youth sailing students participated in rockport's holiday celebration town parade. Rbc was able to acquire 3 updated jc9 sailboats for the students in 2017.
