Programs: Rental activities - raclt owned and maintained 57 units of housing for low-income families. Home ownership = raclt assisted clients on obtaining or maintaining their home ownership. Development and feasibility - raclt completed the development of affordable rental housing projects in the vermont towns of windsor and bellows falls and participated in a new development in windsor. Housing partnership activities - raclt was a co-general partner in several limited partnerships which own and maintain 147 units of housing for low income families. Most of these were transferred to wwht in 2011.
