Programs: Residential services department: rvcp provides adult residential services for up to 100 clients referred by the wisconsin department of corrections and the federal bureau of prisons. The program's focus is case management. This may include substance abuse programming, behavioral restructuring and independent living skills to successfully transition clients into their community following a period of incarceration.

alcohol and other drug abuse services department: rvcp provides outpatient treatment services through the treatment alternative program (tap). Tap is funded by the wisconsin department of health and family services through rock county human services department. Tap's focus is daily intervention and diversion treatment for adults with an emphasis on substance abuse programming & behavioral restructuring. In addition to the tap program, rvcp also contracts with the federal bureau of prisons transitional drug abuse treatment department (tdat) and u. S. Courts for surveillance services. Rvcp is licensed by the state of wisconsin as a day treatment and an outpatient program.

veteran services department (vsd): rvcp provides transitional housing and supportive services for homeless veterans who are from visn 12 (northern illinois, wisconsin, and the upper peninsula of michigan).

community service department: rvcp provides a community service program which places and monitors rock county community service for adults in rock county. This program is funded by the rock county public safety and justice committee. This program monitors clients sentenced to community service in lieu of fines or as a condition of probation. ----- operating while intoxicated (owi): rvcp provides operating while intoxicated case management and drug testing services for those clients referred from the rock county court system. ----- crisis (crs): rvcp provides crisis stabilization services to clients for the purpose of reducing mental health symptoms to prevent the need for inpatient hospitalization. Clients are referred from the rock county human services department.
