Mission: Rock hill economic development corporation develops business parks, recruits and supports new businesses to the area, and assists in the revitalization of the greater downtown rock hill area.
Programs: The principal objective of the corporation shall be to benefit the city economically by fostering increased employment opportunities and by expansion of business and industry; thereby, lessening the burdens of government and combating community deterioration.
