This is such a noble mission and one that I think has the capacity to help so many more families have good meals when they need them most. As a volunteer, I saw how the Foundation treated everyone with dignity and respect while providing real help to the community. Their Thanksgiving meals bring hope to families going through tough times and I'm proud to have helped.

Mission: The Robert Lee Wilson Foundation was founded with a goal to make a difference in the lives of families who are struggling with food insecurity. Our team has been working hard to provide nourishing meals to those in need during the Thanksgiving holiday season, and we are committed to continuing this work for years to come. We believe that every family deserves access to healthy and delicious food, regardless of their financial situation. By highlighting compassion, dignity, and generosity in our efforts, we hope to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Target demographics: Individuals and families with food insecurities
Direct beneficiaries per year: In 2023, 103 people from 19 families received a complete, ready-to-heat meal for Thanksgiving, as well as a pantry box with staple nonperishables and a Visa gift card.
