RiverTree has made a great impact on how I see the environment around me. I did not realized that our river was so degraded and yet seems like people who use the river do not really care for it. With RiverTree, I was able to do a lot of cleaning and planting along the San Joaquin River in trying to restore one of the longest river that serves the Central Valley. It is my appreciation for organization such as RiverTree that gives us a healthier life that we often don't think about. Thank you to RiverTree Volunteers.

RiverTree has taken hundreds of people of all ages on canoe trips down the San Joaquin River, all FOR FREE! We don't charge a dime for anything. We take families, church groups, groups of friends, office co-workers, grade school, elementary school, high school, and college students, and absolutely anyone who wants to be on this beautiful strip of river below Friant Dam.

We, along with our volunteers, have also removed hundreds of pounds of trash from the river, and more than 5,000 tires! We also plant trees and remove weeds along the shore.
