There is a staff member named Melanie, who should be fired or given an extreme amount of training. The sad part is she is a manager there. When speaking with her about forms that would need to be filled out to get my brother a mental evaluation done, she spoke to me unprofessionally and inappropriately. Giving opinions and judgment towards my brother. Her attitude towards my brother and myself was completely unprofessional and I hope she thinks twice next time when working with someone trying to get a loved one help versus thinking of them as trash that's not worth your time. I could even hear herself and another coworker SNICKERING laughing quietly while I was clearly upset and hurt by the way I was being treated. She had a complete disregard for me who does not have a mental health issue... I can not imagine how she treats people who do...
Do not go to this service. The majority of the counselors are not even qualified to help. They lie about the patients that go their. They call DCYF on parents as soon as they leave the office on false charges. If anyone truley meeds help with their mental illness then go to a qualified professional, not RB.
