The agency's founder was referred my daughter by her attorney at the onset of a DV case with a minor child. Both were victims of abuse and our family was being subjected to the continued effects even after her relocation. I can say with complete conviction that without the advise, support, expertise, kinship, motivation, commitment and ever-present care my daughter would not be "of a presence" in one way or other today. Take note; this is of no exaggeration. I reserve further personal detail in support of this organization and simply offer this assurance to any prospective readers seeking relative aid: This organization stands very firmly upon the foundations of its servitude and vision statements. As such, any individual to whom the benefit of an hour with the founder of this organization is presented will surely leave the quorum in confirmation of benefitial useful purpose. Truly a blessing and definitive evidence of God's mercenaries in our world !
Unprofessional and uneducated. Nadeya does not have the experience or educational background to provide "expert witness statements" and she harmed a victim because of her lack of knowledge, inexperience and lack of proper fact finding. Its imperative that an expert get all of the facts, rather than statements of one side in order to form an expert opinion. In this case, Nadeya took the words of one side and wrote them as fact. Had she done her research (checked the actual divorce records, DV arrest history, statements of others, court & police docs, etc) she would have not written what she wrote. Instead she took the statement of one side and used it as fact to write a report that abused and defamed the victim. Nadeya may have good intentions, but she lacks education and experience.
I recently have gone through the process of obtaining a new identity. I had finished my name change which I did confidentially and all that was left was to apply for a new social security number. I suffered through a lot of domestic violence and stalking. Dealing with social security was a nightmare to say the least. I reached out to Nadeya as I was referred to her from the Safe at Home Program. SSA had denied my request even though I met criteria. Nadeya was so supportive and informative. She looked through my case and agreed they had made a mistake in denying my request. She quickly last minute was able to draft a letter of support and guidelines backing my request. That helped greatly as this process is rarely done and there isn’t a lot of support for victims through a rarely done extreme request. She also was able to clarify what was needed of myself to bring to SSA to further make my case. My request was approved a week later. I’m very grateful and appreciative for programs such as these. The right to protect program is very compassionate and dedicated to advocating for victims of violence. Most of us feel isolated, alone, or judged for the circumstances we have faced. Programs such as these give resources as well as support family and friends can’t always offer. I’m eternally grateful for all the support and help. Thank you for all you do. This is how we make a change for the better and with the world. I highly recommend to anyone dealing with hardships or any process from domestic violence to reach out. She truly has taken her own experiences and used them to create support and change in the community and we are very grateful for all you do.
Nadeya has been a Very big help to My Family & I.
She’s been an Absolute Blessing for my Wife through everything she’s had to experience.
Nadeya has Traveled from where she lives all the way to my City just to help me through my Court Dates and gave me Tons of Advice on how to Continue Through it. Nadeya is always Dependable and always There Rain or Shine, Day or Night.
I look forward to Witnessing The Growth of her Organization and being part of it.
RTP goes above and beyond for their clients and changes life’s every day! There is no other advocate doing anything near as life changing and positive for the future as RTP
Hi my name is Erika and I wanted to share my story of how great Right To Protect has been to me. I’ve been with Right To Protect for about 3 years now and Nadeya has been such an amazing help with my situation. She has been there for me in every aspect of my court process. She pushes where push is needed in informing the DA or the police or court personnel. She has helped me fill out countless hours of paperwork and guided me in the right way to do things. She’s held my hand through painful times, and helped calm my mind when I felt like giving up or feeling defeated. I could call her at any moment for mental help or guidance. She is strong and knows how to handle every court proceeding and process I’ve had. I couldn’t have asked for a better advocate to have! She genuinely cares about her clients. She has been through so much in her own life and can relate with her clients because she’s lived through it. She is the kindest women I’ve ever met but also can be assertive and incredibly strong when she needs to be. She never backs down. She goes the distance in making sure her clients are protected and herd! The court system is terrible and yet she’s there bringing justice for all the people who have been wronged by the court system. I’m forever grateful and thankful to have her by my side.

Nadeya is amazing at her profession, she is diligent and dedicated to her clients. She will do what it takes to make sure your voice is heard and make the moves that need to be made in order for your voice to be heard. She has helped me in my own case. She will push and make sure that the people who need to hear you, will. She doesn’t give up, she perseveres through any obstacle. She is by far the best advocate I’ve ever had. I am honored to have her on my side. She is a strong woman and it shows in her work.
A compassionate group that provides help to men and women who are victims of not just violence but emotional abuse as well. A good resource and good start for anyone looking for help.
I was introduced to Nadeya from the Safe at Home agency to help me submit my application. While working with Nadeya, a victim’s advocate for The Right to Protect, I found that she was very knowledgeable and resourceful in sensitive situations like mines. I kept in touch with her and reached out for help when I needed it. Nadeya is a sympathetic and understanding advocate for the agency. I'm so glad to have met her!
Wonderful, quick, good communication and knowledgeable feedback. Very helpful in all areas advice was needed in. Overall, very happy with my interactions. Thank you so much for listening and helping!
There are no words that could fully convey my gratitude & appreciation for connecting with Nadeya! She is nothing short of an angel sent to deliver miracles to those that she serves! She has talked me off the edge & brought me back grounded! It is an honor to be able to call on her & know that I can rely upon her knowledge & assistance!
Right to Protect provides a unique service found nowhere else. Nadeya personally serves her clients throughout the entire process. The oranization strives to cover all of the needs of its clients, be that housing, legal assistance, counseling and any other servies that may be needed to protect and free her clients.
The beauty of right to protect is their willingness to go above and beyond to protect and advocate for survivors.
God sent! I can not express the profound gratitude I have for this organization. If it were not for Nadeya’s perseverance and commitment to her mission, my baby and I would still be in the hands of an abuser; or even worse I would not be here today. She has fought thru the criminal justice system to the highest level and because of that, the perpetrator is now behind bars. She places the upmost importance on her clients and her clients children’s safety. This organization is beyond outstanding and deserves the upmost recognition.
The average victim in a seriously violent domestic relationship will leave seven times before they permanently get away. It is likely that the perpetrator of the violence will not go to jail or prison, even when the police have overwhelming evidence and the amount of injury has been extreme. This charity helps victims to make the decision to leave, helps to fight the court system to incarcerate those that deserve it and assists in restraining orders and child custody issues. In the most extreme cases they have even helped to get entire identity changes (name, birth certificate, driver’s license and social security numbers) in order to fully protect the victims as they start their new lives. It’s a small group, but the value of what they provide is amazing. I can’t find a single government agency (or even another charity) that is equipped to deal with what they are doing. They need money to help expand and to train other organizations to do the same thing.
Right To Protect is a unique Non-Profit organization that provides an answer in the unfilled niche position for Victims of Domestic Violence and all the accompanying problems our society is facing today. The owner/Executive Director is a highly qualified Hands-on Professional with extensive experience including personal experience in this arena. She is a warm, capable and caring person that has the respect of law enforcement and judicial offices in the area of domestic violence and navigating through the judicial system for the benefit of her clients. I recommend this organization highly and without reservation. They can help victims in need of a way to get free from the traumatic events of Domestic Violence, Sexual Violence, Human trafficking and stalking. Five Stars for this Non-Profit organization.
I’ve known The Founder for a while now, and the passion she has for her work is admirable. She treats each person with such respect and like a friend, making it easy to open up and find comfort in her non profit. Right to Protect has helped me and others, can’t wait to see where The Founder takes it in the future.
An amazing org. that goes above and beyond to help the unheard voices of victims and stand by a usually "taboo" or "sensitive" topic to many by taking it head on. Led by a fantastic woman who not only posseses the passion, but also the knowledge to run an organization like this. This organization is one that I would love to watch grow and gain attention for all the help that's given to those who need it. I highly encourage Right to Protect to anyone who is suffering from domesitc violence and is trying to get away. Or even if you reside in one and need a safe space to talk to, and you're scared.
After doing relentless hours of research and looking for an Organization that protects abused and/or trafficked victims, I stumbled across Right to Protect.
After much review, I contacted the Founder, Nadeya to discuss. We had many many long and lengthy conversations about her role, her passion behind it all and everything the Organization entailed.
Getting to know Nadeya and her background, allowed me to then understand her drive and commitment behind it all.
Her heart in rescuing and keeping the victims safe is unlike any other Organization I have yet to find.
Nadeya has recently shared her long term vision with the Organization and
I truly can't wait to see the next steps unfold in this Organization.
Kindest regards
I am a survivor of domestic violence… I can’t express how incredibly grateful I am to the Kalanta Office and Right To Protect for being the stepping stones in my path free of violence.
Right To Protect, has been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process of gaining a life free of violence for my daughter and I. Before meeting them,I was taking small steps to break free from violence;they have given me the knowledge, tools, and support that gave me enough courage to break free!
Thank you Right To Protect, forever grateful!!
Knowing the person behind this nonprofit organization my hat goes off to her. She truly displays the selflessness and bravery as she advocates for others not just women but men as well. Having an individual advocating for others in a society and system that I truly feel is badly broken shows a whole lot in character. I believe she is heading in the right direction to set unprecedented standards to make a huge difference for a great cause.
The woman who helps run this program helped me by leading me to the right resources for my particular case and also counseled me on several occasions. This agency saves lives.
Nadeya helped me and my children get out of a very bad and toxic marriage. She did what she could to get us out of a domestic violence. With the resources she has. I was very thankful to able to get out with my babies.
Right to Protect is a valuable resource for victims of domestic violence who feel trapped in an abusive relationship. As a practicing family law attorney who has handled family law cases throughout the state, my clients are provided with vital services needed to escape the ensnaring tactics that the abuser will all too-often utilize in order to keep their victims without resources to get out of the abusive relationship.
I have been grateful for the impact RTP has had on the self-empowerment of my clients, and the many vital services and support offered throughout the litigation process which in turn dramatically increases their chances of success in their legal matters against the abuser(s). Their services are truly amazing, and their staff are very personalized and attentive to the clients' needs.
If you, or a friend, a family member, or a loved one need to get out of an abusive situation or relationship, or if you are a legal professional representing victims of domestic violence, you cannot afford to overlook this valuable organization!

I heard about the organization through a community resource center and am astounded by the support they provide for their clients. Focusing on recovery, self redemption, and safety for those put into the toughest battles. This organization is the true definition of the light at the end of the tunnel, inviting their open arms to everyone. Regardless of their background. Safety and recovery is their main priority, and they will go to great lengths to provide that.
I know firsthand that they help people here. This place cares about people and has lived experience with domestic abuse and recovering from that abuse. The president and founder is a loving person who does this to give back to society and help people move on from their abusers. I highly recommend Right2Protect and have sent a lot of people their way.
I have not received services from this non profit, but I happen to know the founder, I know her path. There is no better guide and friend in this journey than her. She is fierce, tenacious, and doesn’t give up. There is nobody better to have in your corner.
I know the founder of this non-profit organization, and the heart that motivates her work. Both she and this organization is a great advocate for the rights of women and children to be helped from various abuse. I am glad that this exists!
This nonprofit does outstanding work for victims of trauma. The passion, dedication, honesty and empowerment they provide in recovery of trauma and resources helps the Survivor feel that there is hope for a bright future. I know the executive director/president and she is very dedicated to the work and to the clients who come to her.
I've known the creator of this non-profit for many years, and have seen her go through great trials and tribulations. Watching her get through those tough times with such a strong head on her shoulders, even in times that could've broken her; is such a testimony to what kind of mentor she is.
This non-profit is a great way for her to help others that are in similar situations that she was once in. Her faith is also what drives her to help those in need. I would highly recommend Right To Protect
From the moment I spoke to Nadeya I felt like I was a priority. She is absolutely a kind and understanding soul. She took my matter seriously and made me feel like I wasn’t alone and everything was going to work out. I am so grateful this agency is here to help us in the darkest moment they provide hope. Such a blessing to myself and my children.
Right to Protect is an incredible organization that provides supportive services and resources to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and stalking; regardless of gender. There are times a person finds themselves in a relationship that threatens their life and safety, realizing that they are no longer in charge of their own choices, only to be left believing that they have no hope of escape.
The founder of Right to Protect, a dear friend of mine, is a living testimony to the steps one can and must take to escape a dangerous situation and rebuild your life completely.
She has built an entire multifaceted organization to assist victims and survivors with everything from escaping their situations to living a healthy and productive life thereafter.
She has taken all of her experience and poured her heart into an organization designed to give people the support they need to move from being a victim and survivor to thriving in life after abuse.
This non-profit is a great advocate for the rights of women and children to be free of abuse. I could not have gone through court without the advocacy and encouragement I received from RTP. I am so grateful for the knowledge I received from this organization. I am truly at peace with the decisions I have made to move forward in my life. If you are in need of advocacy or guidance out of an abusive situation, do not hesitate to contact this organization.
I can’t say how thankful I am for Nadeya and her services. She helped me through a dangerous domestic violence situation before her organization came to fruition! Since then she has gone above and beyond for my children and me in assisting me in avenues to feel safe from my perpetrator. She has used the traumas she has faced and turned them into good helping those whom feel helpless and are so terrified thinking there’s no safe way out. I am forever grateful for her and her organization. I have since met women in similar situations and have been able to send them to Nadeya for her services. If you need help and don’t know where to go please know she is a safe place, if your a donor looking to give to a cause that really others people please give to Right to Protect, I can not stress enough how important her organization is for fellow women. Thank you right to protect for helping my family and me feel safe and move on in life you are beyond a blessing.

This individual does not have knowledge about how I determine whether those seeking my services are victims of abuse or perpetrators. An individual must be assessed by means other than the domestic violence wheel, which is not a credible or recognized assessment but an informational tool, before being determined to be a victim. I find this adversarial review to carry no weight on the knowledge of my organization, its methods, or results. I hope others understand that, within my line of work, there are going to be people who cannot handle losing in court, who don’t like being told that they are the perpetrator and not the victim, will seek to ruin another’s livelihood and credibility as revenge for not aligning with their perceived victimization, and hate seeing others align with the real victim and fighting on their behalf. It’s hateful behavior that is fitting of a perpetrator and is the very opposite of what my organization encourages and upholds. Be blessed.
