Mission: Rhonwaay Foundation Inc., founded in 2000, was established as a need to assist mentally handicapped and mentally retarded adults in the Philadelphia Area. The founders determined the need after caring for their own family members. The Rhonwaay Foundation is a transitional facilty to assist the Resident with the necessary skills and support to seek and prepare for permanent housing.
