Causes: Health, Home Health Care
Mission: In-home healthcare services to patients which included physical therapy, iv therapy, rn supervision and other services.
Programs: Rex home services brought quality healthcare and exceptional service into the home. In addition, skilled nursing staff and a team leader were on call after normal business hours to alleviate any concerns of the patient. During the year, rex home services served wake and parts of johnston, harnett, and franklin counties. Skilled services provided included nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Intermittent home health aide services were also available in conjunction with an appropriate skilled service. If the need for additional resources was identified, the social work or dietary departments were available.
