Mission: To impact lives in a way that will restore hope to people and bring lasting change to the community
Results: In 2009, we moved into a new 25,000 square foot facility that has allowed us to increase the number of people we serve. Harvey House and Tabitha House have success rates of 75%.
Target demographics: Restoration Ministries serves at-risk, underprivileged children and teens in Harvey and the south suburbs, Harvey families and seniors in need, and drug addicts from across the country.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 250 youth and 3,000 individuals.
Geographic areas served: Harvey and the surrounding south suburbs of Chicago.
Programs: after-school and summer programs for youth, free residential Christian-based recovery programs, and a food pantry assistance programs for those in need. We also operate two thrift stores.
