The Restoration lindale, Inc. was founded on June 21, 2013 as a non-profit corporation. Restoration Lindale's main goal or mission is to promote the Restoration, Revitalization, and Preservation of the Lindale Community. The Lindale community is home to a now closed mill town that was organized in 1830, and the cotton mill was established in 1896. After 107 years in operation the mill closed on Sept. 28th, 2001. After 12 years of of the town falling into demise, our organization was founded to bring pride back into the mill town.
As you can see from the attached before and after pictures these Restoration project has been wide open since 2013, We also brought back the Christmas Star that the mill hung between its smokestacks each year during the Christmas Season since 1931. Many great projects on the agenda and we work according to donations we receive.
Thanks for your support,
