Mission: Reserve enhances the lives of older adults and strengthens their communities by recruiting professionals 55+ who have finished their primary careers and matching them with part-time, modestly compensated positions in nonprofits, government agencies and public institutions.
Programs: Identifying retired professionals with the skills and interest in working in nonprofit organizations for a modest stipend, and finding the organizations, including public institutions and government agencies which need the talent and experience of these age 55+ professionals. Reserve placed approximately 623 people who worked 15 hours a week or more, at 231 different organizations.
