Mission: The regional access project foundation provides funding, oversight, technical assistance, and guidance to volunteers, community based organizations and agencies, and colloborative groups, which serve the residents of eastern reiverside county in the areas of health, mental health, and juvenile interventions. The regional access project foundation's vision is to be a resource for these organizations and individuals in the desert communities preparing for and providing services in order to enable an enhanced quality of life for all inhabitants of eastern riverside county.
Programs: Grant allocations to other exempt entitiesunder this program, the foundation provides cash grants to qualified tax exempt entities that provide health, mental health, or juvenile intervention services to residents of eastern riverside county. These cash grants are funded annually from the tax increment funding received under agreement with the county of riverside, ca.
center for nonprofit advancementwhile cash grants are a major part of the foundation's activities, funding of technical assistance became a priority when it was found that a variety of exempt organizations did not have the tools necessary to manage their organizations or grants. The center for nonprofit advancement is funded by monies received annually under the agreement with the county of riverside.
