Originally I thought that God had brought Regenesis into our lives for my son and his addiction recovery... boy was i wrong! God brought us to Regenesis because He knew our entire family was broken and needed what this ministry could offer us to heal what needed healed spiritually. He knew that by bringing us to Regenesis, it opened doors.... recovery for my son... a job for me... a job for him... family worship... family outreach ...
There is so much this ministry offers and so much more they have planned to do!
I have been affiliated with Regenesis for nearly ten years, and eventually became a member of the Board. This ministry is dedicated to the the teaching of God's word and deliverance from drug/alcohol abuse and other strongholds on individuals lives. There are compassionate, faith filled mentors and pastors providing wisdom and guidance to those who have the opportunity to live and work in the program. Regenesis can be a life altering experience !
This is the Regenesis I've known for 10 years. The name means re-creation, which is exactly what happens to the people who come for deliverance from drugs and alcohol addictions. Their lives change through their new or renewed devotion to Christ, his teaching, prayer under the guidance of caring mentors and pastors. Daily prayer, study and work reinforce good habit and routines for a new life.
I am blessed to be able to teach there on Wednesday’s and can’t describe accurately just how much Regenesis has changed the lives of the men and women in that program. The people in the program and the community they move on to are so much better off because of the services they offer to these men and woman
The thrift stores in Colonial Heights and Chester are just the outward face of this ministry. The homes provided and funded by thrift store revenues are how lives are being changed: safe places for men and women where their spiritual needs are just as important as their physical needs. Thanks for all you do!
Genuine, Authentic, and Hard working are adjectives I would use to describe this nonprofit organization. They give everything they are and everything they have to see men and women have a chance at a new beginning in life.
This ministry is dedicated to helping men and women with addiction problems. I have seen many of them come through the program and go on to live very productive lives.
This place was my saving grace. When I arrived at the womens house it was one of the lowest points in my life. It was there that I found God. It was there I became the women i was meant to be i had hidden deep inside. It was there i felt with the demons of my past for the first time and found true peace and healing. It was also there when my oldest was diagnosed with leukemia a parents worst nightmare come true, but in that moment of feeling I was coming apart was where i had family there in the Ester house that helped me get through. I am forever grateful for Pastor Gary and Tracy for my experience there

The Regenesis Organization is impacting lives in a tremendous way. I have personally witnessed some of those they are helping, it is life changing! They are doing a great job, I highly recommend their organization and thrift store. They have a passion to make a difference in our community. The McReynolds Duo are incredible leaders!
The founders of this organization, Gary and Tracey McReynolds, are genuine. I have known them for more than 30 years. They have consistently demonstrated concern for helping those in need to overcome their challenges, especially those who are addicted to drugs.
They are sincere, dedicated, and committed to serving their community with excellence. They invest their time, talent and personal resources in helping others.
They are accountable, seek out wise mentorship, and build strong relationships with the communities they serve (including with city governments, public schools and other nonprofits and faith-based organizations).
They are leaders who learn from and develop other leaders.
