Mission: Redwoods United, Inc. was organized in 1970 through the unification of two small sheltered work programs, and has grown over the years into a comprehensive human services-based business. The mission of Redwoods United, Inc. is "to provide high quality rehabilitation, work training, education, and support services to adults with disabilities, children at risk, and others in need; within the North Coast community, so as to maximize each individual's potential for successful integrated participation in the normal activities of daily life."
Results: Redwoods National Parks through a cooperative agreement with California Parks and Recreation draws in tourists and travelers from all over the globe and with continued help from volunteers and the park's workforce. We can continue to educate hearts and minds alike to care for the environment through conservation and renewable energy.
