My primary care provider is in Santa Rosa but when I woke up with a hand so swollen that I could not close a fist I decided it would be difficult to make the day long trip to Santa Rosa with one hand. I went to RCMS Urgent Care and received care above and beyond what I expected. This is a small way to say thank you!
RCMS has been my source of Primary Care for the past 16 years. Throughout a few significant potentially life changing episodes the providers at RCMS have guided me to specialists and through treatments that have managed my conditions and permitted me to maintain an unusually high quality of life.
Professional with expertise in this field
I can't help it that I spent 25 years running hospitals and other healthcare organizations. But with RCMS, I'm first and foremost a consumer. RCMS is un ique- a fully qualified health facility in a small rural setting on the coast. RCMS has been my primary care provider since 2001 ans has successfully dealt with a variety of issues I've faced as I've grown older. I recommennd RCMS-whether you're local or just passing through.
Terrible medical facility. The staff is friendly but a friends cancer was misdiagnosed. I can't get my labs done because they wouldn't even try to work with me saying they are not a public blood draw facility. Why not a community blood draw? It's all about money to them. I have two young daughters who they would not see side by side which would make it easier, like I said they just want the money.
