We are the link between substance abuse services and the adults, youth and families who are in need. The Council has an extensive history of providing case management and behavioral health services to those seeking help with substance abuse and mental health issues. Since the Council's inception in 1957, we have grown to be recognized as a leader in Nor th Texas in the fields of outreach, intervention and prevention.

Programs: Recovery Resource Council serves as a gateway through which those with drug and alcohol problems may access services. Through general and intensive case management, Recovery Resource Council's licensed chemical dependency counselors provide substance abuse outreach, screening, referral and follow-up to over 1,700 clients each year. Recovery Resource Council also offers substance abuse prevention education programs in over 150 local schools and community centers, and shelters. In addition, the Council assists businesses and the community in developing a drug-free environment. The agency offers drug-free workplace consultation and training programs and provides DWI Education, Drug Offender Education, and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Training (ADAPT). Most programs and services are offered free of charge.
