This is an unethical organization from the top down. Director of services shames the people with disabilities and then laughs about it because they do not understand how condescending she is being. They say they accept all levels of disabilities and claim they do not turn anyone away, but this is completely untrue. The Day Services staff are insufficiently trained and put the lives of the people they are.supposed to care for at risk. There is little to no engagement between most of the Day Services staff and the participants with disabilities with a few exceptions of a couple of staff that are older. I would never leave a disabled loved one in their care. Maybe back in the day, but not with the new Services Director. She is unethical and a very good liar. Board of Directors is aware and supports this negligible behavior. They promote their friends and the level of nepotism is absolutely disgusting.
