70 km back and forth is how much it takes me to get to my university every day. My house lies on the southernmost, on the Palestinian-Egyptian boarders. Even though this is a daily struggle, it had its influence on my life. After I graduated high school with an average of 96.9%, I was privileged to get a full scholarship from Reach Education Fund. This scholarship allowed me to achieve my dream in studying Human Rights in English language, by which I hope to benefit my society and country. The field that attacks me the most is Women Rights. I have always been concerned with causes of battered, abused women and those who are constantly subjected to violence by their fathers or husbands. I often hear about women who were deprived from their simplest rights, such as education. Therefore, I promised to devote myself and my education for the sake of supporting those in need and deprived.
My family and I witnessed painful times before, during, and after the last Israeli war on Gaza. That war was ill-fated; a nearby house was bombed, and, therefore, our house was severely affected, as well. I was on the edge of losing my family and even myself! Surviving that war meant one major thing to me: I am now stronger, and nothing is going to hinder my journey of becoming a great lawyer. I have a perfect family that supports me with every step I take, and I also belong to this great family of Reach Education Fund.

تخرجت من الثانوية العامة بمعدل 97.3 % وفي العام الذي تعرفت فيه على مؤسسة ريتش اديوكاشن فند ، كان معدلي يقل بخمسة أعشار فقط عن المعدل المطلوب للتسجيل ولم أتمكن من الالتحاق
ومع ذلك كنت دائما متابعة للمؤسسة ونشاطاتها وأدعمها فهي منحت لي الفرصة الأولى لأتفوق وأجتهد أكثر لرفع معدلي حتى أتمكن في العام القادم من التسجيل .
عندما فتح باب التسجيل في العام الذي يليه ، كان معدلي أعلى من المعدل المطلوب بكثير فقد حققت معدلاً تراكمياً " امتياز " وكنت أول من سجل والتحق وهذا ما كتبته في نهاية طلب الالتحاق :
أدعو الله أن أنال هذه المنحة إن كنت أستحقها ، ويشهد الله سواء تم قبولي أم لا سأظل أدعم هذه المؤسسة وأدعم طلابها وأكمل معكم رسالتها لأني أعلم وأشعر بمدى المعاناة الذي يعيشها كل طالب فلسطيني
و الحمدلله أني كنت ممن يستحقها ، فقد كانت أجمل لحظة عندما
. تلقيت خبر قبولي
شكرا لريتش الذي منحتني الفرصة الأولى لأجتهد وأثابر ، والفرصة
. الثانية بأن أكون فرداً من أفراد عائلتها
The Youngest College Graduate In My Class
Rather than preoccupying myself with where I am now, I have always chosen to focus on the next phase of my journey. I remember the path I took walking from my home to the school I loved knowing I was a step further to achieving my dreams and gaining knowledge. When I graduated high school, I graduated with a GPA of 97.7% and carried my hopes and dreams as I entered university. I wanted to start my first semester right, mastering every skill, every piece of information my university offered. My hard work paid off once I got the results I wanted and even got recognition from my university for my grades.
Within the greatest and most challenging days of my college experience I became part of another community, another family: Reach Education Fund. The scholarship has given me more drive, perseverance and significance. I am now an accounting student in my final semester, I am also the youngest graduate from my university and the youngest accountant. I also plan on enrolling in the Master’s program and majoring in Business Management with hopes to be the youngest Business manager.

حصلت على معدل ٩٣٪ في الثانوية العامة ،حلمت ان ادرس الصيدلة لكن الظروف المادية لا تسمح حيث ان امي معلمة وهي من تنفق علي وعلى اخوتي الاربعة و ابي غائب منذ ٢٠ عام فهو مطارد من قبل الاحتلال الاسرائيلي ،و ظروفنا المادية بالكاد تسمح لنا بالعيش ، ثم رأيت اعلانا على موقع فيس بوك عن منحة ريتش اديوكيشن فند وقدمت لهم بطلب التحاق ثم بحمد الله حصلت عليها ،وها انا اليوم قد تخرجت ومعي بكالوريوس صيدلة بتقدير جيد جدا ، واسعى للحصول على ماجستير صيدلة في الايام القادمة ، شكرا ريتش على كل عطائكم.

Abu Jazar: How My Brother Inspired Me To Learn Sign Language
Musa entered this world twelve years ago without being able to hear or speak. Despite the obvious differences, I knew he was no ordinary child – his curiosity, his passion, his will. Musa is not only my brother, but my best friend as well. Not only did he teach me sign language, but he introduced me to another world, he beautified the world before my eyes. Once he started going to school he would tell me what it meant to him to learn the English language which made me love the language. So I decided to learn English in sign language to bridge the gap for Musa and the deaf community.
I graduated Tawjihi with a GPA of 97.7% and began looking for a scholarship, as my father did not have the income to support my first semester in college. I applied to receive a scholarship from Reach Education Fund and was not only given the opportunity to receive a scholarship, but was given the opportunity to be part of another family. Reach Education Funds family. Currently, I travel a great distance to attend my university, but I am beyond happy to be able to finally attend the university of my choosing despite the harsh circumstances.

تخرجت من الثانوية العامة بمعدل 95.4 وحصلت على منحة مؤسسة ريتش التي مهدت وفتحت أمامي الطريق للوصول الى حلمي في أكمال تعليمي التي لولاها لكان ذلك أمراً صعباً جداً .
وها أنا اليوم في فصلي الدراسي الجامعي الأخير بفضل الله وبفضل مؤسسة ريتش

ولدت في عائلة فلسطينية متواضعة جدا مبنية على الحب والتفاهم والعطاء لكنها طموحة وشغوفة بالعلم والتعليم ، أبوي وأمي كانوا مصدر الدعم الدائم إلي ،لحسن الحظ إني تربيت بعيلة تؤمن إيمان مطلق إن العلم هو المفتاح القوي لمستقبل مشرق ولمجتمع مثقف ومتحضر فلذلك كان التعليم بالنسبة لنا هو بر النجاة.
كنت والحمد لله من المتفوقين دائما، في مدرستي دائما الأولى على الصف، وأيضا من الأوائل على المدرسة، وحصلت على لقب "الطالبة المثالية" في الصف العاشر ، وفي الثانوية العامة حصلت على معدل 97.8 بالفرع العلمي.
أما بالنسبة إليّ فكانت فرحتى الكبرى حينما تلقيت خبر قبولي في منحة ريتش.
فريتش هي من علمتني الطموح والاستمرار ، فكل أحلامنا تستحق الوصول !
Simply, having a scholarship can lead to a wonderful impact in everyone education and career goals, as it is known that money is the main power for study her in Gaza, where the academic studies costs a lot. Basically, even if you graduate with a high GPA as my case (98%) in the high school, I cannot attend the medical college due to its costs and my father is not working since years. As a result, I was searching for a cheaper specialization at the university and try to apply for one scholarship to study my dream major of medicine. It was the greatest news ever for me when I got accepted to have a scholarship from Reach Education Fund nonprofit organization, and at that moment I have started studying in the Medical College.
It was a point of change in my life, what was expected to turn his life 180 degrees from the bottom to the top by day and night, but it was thanks to Allah and then thanks to the encouragement and their stimulating words, they are actually like pulling us off the ground.
Today I am an engineer thanks to the efforts of Hope Makers. All thanks and appreciation to them
My introduction into this world wasn’t an easy process, my mother suffered a lot during her pregnancy and I was born seven months in. The story and suffering my mother encountered had a great impact on me and I chose to use my life to learn and benefit from those around me. I started school at a younger age than my peers and through the constant support my mother gave me I graduated high school with a GPA of 97.6%.
I was always interested in immune diseases and decided to enter Pharmacy school. I could have gone to Medical school instead but I aspire to be a pharmaceutical researcher in the near future. I hope to make a difference and be paid for something new in the field involving immune disease control and treatment. During my first year I applied to the scholarship program offered by Reach Education Fund but was not fortunate in my first application, in addition to my second and third. I began working on different ways to enhance my skills and development in hope to get the opportunity to be part of their family. Thankfully, I succeeded in the fourth year and my dream came true. Despite the amount of time it took, the experience made me stronger and taught me to never give up.

"ترك أبي المدرسة لما كان في الصف السادس وراح يعملُ في الحدادة، لكنه قرر بعد (٢٥) عامًا أن يعود إلى مقاعد الدراسة ليكمل الثانوية العامة في سنة (٢٠٠٤) ميلادية، ثم يدخلُ الجامعة برفقة أخي الذي نجح في الثانوية العامة حديثًا؛ ليكملا البكالوريوس معًا. هو شعور رائع أن ترى والدك يُغيّر من حياته بهذه الشجاعة، إنها تجربة علمتني، وشجعتني. لقد ضحى أبي كثيرًا، استدان، وباع بعض أغراض البيت، وعمل حتى ساعاتٍ متأخرةٍ في الليل، كله لأجل أن يعلّم بناته وأولاده الستة كي ينعموا بحياةٍ أفضل."
"حققتُ في الثانوية العامة معدل (٩٦.٤) في القسم العلمي، وتخصصتُ في الصيدلة، ولا أنكرُ أن دراستي الجامعية كانت مهددة أن تتوقف في أية لحظة، كنتُ أبحثُ حينها عن منح دراسية إلى أن سمعتُ بمنحة (Reach Education Fund). أتذكرُ أني سجلتُ في طلب الالتحاق قبل أن ينتهي التسجيل بخمس دقائق، ليخرج اسمي ضمن قائمة الفائزين بالمنحة، إنها اللحظة الأجمل على الإطلاق، لا يمكن أن أنسى شعوري لحظتها. هذه سنتي الرابعة، حققتُ معدلًا تراكميًا ممتازًا في الجامعة، ومعدلًا بواقع (٩٥.١٢) في الفصل الماضي. أطمح لأنشئ مختبري الخاص مستقبلًا، وأترك أثرًا في مجال مكافحة الأمراض."

"بعد أن حصلتُ على منحة مؤسسة (Reach Education Fund) قررتُ أن أحوّل إلى تخصص المختبرات الطبية، فبدأتُ دراستي بتفوقٍ منقطع النظير، وكنتُ الأولى على دفعتي لثلاث سنوات دراسية، وفي سنتي الجامعية الثالثة قدر الله لي أن أرتبط، وحاولتُ جاهدةً أن أوازن بين الحياة الجامعية وحياة البيت والأسرة رغم تأخر الدوام في معظم الأيام لساعات المغرب بسبب المختبرات الطبية، إلا أنني جاهدتُ نفسي لأقوم بواجباتي جمعيها. "
"وحدث كثيرًا أن دخلتُ لتقديم الامتحانات دون أن أتم مذاكرة المواد المطلوبة كما ينبغي، فأعتمدُ في تلك اللحظات على ما كنتُ أسمعه وأفهمه خلال المحاضرات الجامعية، يأخذني امتنانٌ بالغٌ تجاه أبي وزوجي الذين آمنا بي ولم يكفا عن تشجيعي طوال مسيرتي. لم أدرس فصولًا صيفية كباقي زملائي لأخفف عني عبء الفصول النظامية حيث "الزواج والحمل والولادة..". فاضطررتُ أن آخذ ساعات دراسية أكثر تصل إلى ١٩ ساعة. إنني راضيةٌ عما أنجزتهُ، فها أنا اليوم أتخرجُ بمعدل ٩١.٣ مع مرتبة الشرف الأولى وأرى فخر عائلتي بي يلمع في عيونهم، وفخر ريتش أديوكيشن فند التي دعمتني منذ البداية.."
