Mission: Our purpose is limited to building, maintaining, and managing property only related to operating a residential water system and supplying water to property owners within a defined service area as assigned by spokane county.
Programs: Supplying water to connected members within the service area. Costs include management, general and administrative costs, routine water testing, electricity for pumphouses and heating, and routine repair and maintenance of existing infrastructure.

Expenses include labor, materials, and installation of vaults & meters, and initial testing needed to install meters, vaults, and curbstops at individual homesites.
