RACC is an integral part of the Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo area's crisis response system, providing crucial services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Our mission and operations are deeply intertwined with the community’s emergency response framework, ensuring we are always ready to act when called upon. Since its inception, RACC has been driven by the belief that everyone deserves to live free from violence. This principle guides our comprehensive approach, combining immediate crisis intervention with long-term therapeutic support and proactive prevention efforts. RACC is funded through state/federal grants and community donations. We believe victims should not be financially responsible for their healing. Our victim and education services are free, while safe parenting and offender education are fee for service programs.
