long story short. my mother lives in a property that Rancho Alliance is suppose to manage. It was last year sometime my mother started having issues in her unit, from carbon monoxide leak not once but twice! and when i informed management Maria Coit & Carlos Cuava about the issue that i Know is SERIOUS, they failed to show up or even follow up as to how my mothers health was or to do any repairs. so maybe aftr the 10th call to the office which by the way is unable to take calls because their mailbox is full. and i could go on & on about Rancho Alliance not doing thier job but no time. so please let me know how to find out if this business is still legaly in business.
