Causes: Child Abuse Prevention, Crime & Law, Domestic Violence
Mission: The rainbow room, through its store-like setting, provides basic emergency necessities and services to abused, abandoned and neglected children of hood/somervell counties through texas child protective services. Children being removed from an abusive situation are able to go into foster care with the dignity of having new and clean possessions that they can call their own.
Programs: Furnish items to children that have been removed from their home by texas child protective services. We serviced 376 clients in 2014. Volunteers worked a total of 1,460 hours.
