Mission: Rags to Riches Cat Rescue, Inc. is comprised of volunteers whose mission is to rescue, provide sanctuary and ultimately to re-home abandoned, stray and neglected cats. Our aim is to support spay/neuter of domestic pets, thereby reducing pet over-population, to educate the public on the merits of Trap/Neuter/Return of feral cats, and to work in alliance with local animal shelters, rescue groups, pounds and humane society organizations to ensure these forgotten animals are taken care of. Whenever possible the group also assists with dogs or other animals in need.

Make sure they do what they say they do. They say they are 100% NBA (neuter before adoption) on their website but they have NOT sterilized all cats before adoption. Most, BUT NOT ALL.
