The people are super friendly so they get two stars for that alone. Their systems are not modern and need advancement, the billing system is unreliable and inconsistent and furthermore they don’t even record conversations with customers over the phone to stand behind what they say! They charge fee for taking in money and I speculate they use the fees for their own profit! Monroe county deserves better, I’m considering get a well.
