Mission: We lift up a witness for peace and alternatives to war and military service in a military-oriented community, and provide free, private information and counseling to GIs and family members who have great difficulty getting it via official channels.
I have been involved with Quaker House for almost 25 years now, and have seen them grow due to the needs of those serving in the military providing them with counseling when they are having difficulties. They work in conjunction with the GI rights hotline to try and provide the best service they can too those serving.
