I don't know what the previous reviewer's motivation is .. to personally hurt this organization or not.. but from my experience it it further from the truth!!!!Or why she wrote such a terrible review I don't know. I have personally almost got a dog from them. It was not because of them.. we just were not ready to add an addition to our family.. but they were very up front about the dog of interest with all information available and the vet information available for me to contact. Dog was in good condition and they were a great resource for ownership and animal protection..I wish more people had an interest in dog welfare as Pyles of Smiles!! I am confident in them and their dedication to animals!!!
Yes this nonprofit group sold me a dog and lied about the up keep of the dogs medical records and shots.
I also did not write the check out to Pyles of Smile i wrote the check out to a nice young man that volunteered there in the cootonwood facility.
when i arrived to get my dog she had been in a fight with the other Sammies she had a terrible cut beside her eye i had to take her to the vet to get the eye taken care of, they also said they would bath her nope she was dirty i had to take her to be bathed she was bathed twice.
she was a much older dog and was put in a pen with young sammies that always tried to steel her food and mount her.
When i was shown the way to go get her out of the pen i found her lying next to a extremely sick black lab. when visited my dog the first time i saw the black lab and he was sick to say the least.
Make sure you get in writing and the proof of shots and medical records from this organization before you invest in a dog that they are selling.
