They verblly say they will help with a rent pledge and then when its time to pay they didnt and the landlords then cant trust any charity , it made everyine look bad. They said they didnt have enough money and acted like we were just supposed to think thats normal after being told the check was available. They helped my family member so PRETTY OBVIOUS .They just didnt like me and I now cant ask my lanlord to accept any donations. A word of advice you better be likable and in a good mood when you talk to the women in charge of handing out help. I thought the state gave these places different funds to hand out for covid patients that are sick so I thought I would for sure be a canidate. And I think the donations helps alot of people. Hope other have better luck.
