Causes: Arts & Culture, Film & Video
Mission: PCFF presents the best of independent and international children’s cinema to inspire, delight, educate, and connect a diverse community of children and families from Rhode Island and throughout New England.
Programs: Festival: brings high quality independent and international films to children in rhode island though an annual film festival event with screenings, filmmaking workshops along with post-film conversations that help deepen the film-watching experience and foster critical thinking skills.
education: year-round education offered to children, families, and educators providing opportunities to learn about the history of the medium and the craft of filmmaking, through in and out of school programs, hands-on workshops, and film-related presentations.
film hub: a collection of online resources including a directory of past festival films, film availability listings, and discussion guides designed to increase access to the best of independent and international childrens cinema, and foster film education throughout our community in schools, homes and public spaces.
