Mission: The mission of st james family center is to strengthen families by promoting self-sufficiency, life-long learning and healthy living free of substance abuse, child abuse and family violence.
Programs: The st. James family center maintains a shelter for women and children who are victims of domestic violence. The family center also provides information and support such as legal advocacy, medical and social services, referrals and counseling while working with the wahkiakum county sherrif's department and the cathlament city attorney's office.
