Mission: Educating and mobilizing the outdoor sports community to take action on climate change.
Programs: Awareness is our most important goal and our biggest achievement. We work to build awareness of climate change and its impact on winter activities and sports by reaching out via our website, with speaking engagments, attending trade shows and through earned media. We also work to engage winter based professional athletes in our efforts to provide them a platform to engage and inform others using their star power as a draw to create interest and concern in the issue.
in our hot planet, cool athletes program we work to get high level winter sports athletes into schools to interact with school children and explain their first-hand experience with climate change and its impact on winter sports to work to inspire the next generation of climate leaders.
