On July 1st 2020 I had an emergency c section at 24 weeks with my mono mono boys Charlie and Ollie. Weighing in at 1lb 12oz and 1lb 13oz our world was flipped upside down. On July 4th we lost our Ollie. There are no words to describe the devastation we felt. The loneliness of being in a club that no one signs up for was crushing. Corin Nava and PSP gave us support, comfort and such kindness during the most difficult period of our lives.... there's no words that can quite capture how this helped us. The days I wanted to give up I remembered that I wasn't alone. 154 days in the NICU with Charlie and PSP helped us to connect with our baby that didn't feel like ours. I will forever support PSP for supporting us when we desperately needed it ♡

Over 4.5 years ago, I was laying in a hospital bed hopped up on magnesium not able to sleep. I came across an organization, Project Sweet Peas and fell in love. As I looked through the few pages that they had, I came across Kate and her videos. Needless to say, she gave me hope that if my baby came early, that everything would be ok. Landon ended up making his grand entrance three days later weighting 2.5lbs and about 12” long. This organization helped me though the scariest time I’m my life. Landon is now 4.5, 43lbs and playing tball! I am proud to have my North Carolina Division now for 2.5 years. Giving back to hospitals that give their all for our littles.

What a wonderful organization! I had twin boys at 23 weeks and 2 days gestation. One of my sons passed away at 5 days old and we were gifted a beautiful memory box to cherish his beautiful life. Our other son spent 143 days in the NICU and Project Sweet Peas helped our family with amazing care packages, something never experienced before during a hospital stay. It's the little things that make a big impact. I will be forever grateful for Corin and everyone else at Project Sweet Peas!

We were first introduced to Project Sweet Peas 5 years ago when our twins were born at 23+ 0 weeks. It was the support of Co founder Corin that helped me get through the loss of our daughter and our sons 137 day nicu stay. It was nice to come into our room at the nicu and have a car package from PSP ( we still wear our green bracelets 5 years later) and I will always treasure our memory box they gave us after our daughter passed. One of my favorite memories was our Halloween photo shoot they put on for the families, and I loved to help make costume for future nicu families after we were discharged. Every year we look forward to the plunge for preemies, and can’t wait to see what they have in store for this up coming years celebration. I could go on FOREVER about how amazing Project Sweet Peas is and why we love them so much ❤️

This non-profit gave me hope and inspiration when my twins were in the NICU. They made me feel like I was not alone and inspired me to celebrate each and every moment with my girls. I was so grateful that I joined as a volunteer. I love giving back and helping other families navigate this journey with Project Sweet Peas. Project Sweet Peas brought me hope when my 25 weeker twins were in the NICU for nearly 4 months. I'm so grateful to have found them. The NICU can be a very lonely place and it helps knowing there are others out there who care and understand first hand what it's like to have little ones in the NICU.

My husband and I tried for years for kids, then hit the jackpot with twins. My water broke early and they were in the NICU, but passed away a week apart due to complications. Project Sweet Peas supported me through the way, made amazing memory boxes for each of my daughters, and provided bereavement support after. I can't thank them enough. I honestly don't know where I would be today without them.

After my first two children died, I was given handmade memory boxes by a local chapter of Project Sweet Peas. I knew from that instant that I needed to give back, that I needed to help other families going through the hell we had been through. This year, my husband and I started the #RoarkChallenge. We challenged our community to raise $500. For every dollar (up to $500), my husband and I would match the gift. Plus, through my companies charitable giving program for every dollar we donated, they would match it! Through our collective efforts, every $1 donated by the community then became $3! Within 3 weeks we exceeded our goal and will be able to provide somewhere around 80 memories boxes to local families in need.

They supported me when I needed someone the most! The nicu battle is something people don't understand and don't know how to comfort someone on; but this organization sends gifts, care packages and has resources to help during and after a nicu stay!

When we were admitted to the NICU we were given our St. Patty’s Day gift bag. Our 4 year old carried it back and forth every day. It was a comfort to her while her Mom and baby sister couldn’t be home with them... Fast forward 65 days later we were given many more gifts while we worked to get our Little Sweet Pea home. It meant so much to all of us. Thank you Sweet Pea Project!

08/01/2019Project Sweet Peas is amazing. When I had my triplets at 31 weeks 5 days they were wisked away to the NICU. Being in the hospital became part of our every day Life. One day we received an amazing care package in the mail from Project Sweet Peas. It was nice to know that there were other people out there who understood what we were going through because we felt very alone. Thank you for your love and support.

This support gave me the inspiration to help other NICU families.

The very same summer my son passed away in the NICU, three amazing women were creating Project Sweet Peas. For a decade PSP has not only been giving hope to over 100,000 NICU families, but also to those who volunteer.

My heart has found healing and purpose through my time with Project Sweet Peas. I'm forever grateful for this amazing organization and those who make it possible.

We received a package from project Sweet Peas while we were in the NICU with our 3 month premature baby. The package contained so many helpful things during our stay. The support this organization provides to parents and children in the NICU is so helpful and comforting. This is a world class organization providing a much needed service.

After suffering the loss of 3 pregnancies, I heard about Project Sweet Peas. The support from others who have been through similar losses was a monumental help to me. Now I have 3 angels and 3 rambunctious littles and about 3 years ago I decided I wanted to help others feel the support and love that I had received. I now run the Texas division and am working To grow the hospitals supporting a regular basis along with special requests. All the divisions of PSP are run loving and huge hearted people with a goal of supporting other families.

My son and daughter-in-law received a care package from Project Sweet Peas. It was such an uplifting moment when they were opening the package at a time when my grandson was fighting for his life. It was so wonderful to see the happiness it brought to them. What a wonderful thing that Project Sweet Peas does for families that are in the NICU's across the US.

My son spent 8 weeks in the NICU before coming home and I know first hand how difficult the journey can be. Volunteering with Project Sweet Peas allows me to reach out to those families that are where I once was and let them know that they are not alone. It's amazing how even the smallest gesture of kindness can provide immeasurable hope. Everyone that donates their time to Project Sweet Peas puts their whole heart in to supporting families and I'm grateful to be a part of that.

As a mother who suffered multiple pregnancy losses and had a son who spent six weeks in the NICU I know how difficult it is for grieving parents and those spending long hours in the NICU. Project Sweet Peas supports parents in so many ways by providing NICU care packages, memory boxes, and holds events to fundraise and raise awareness.

So grateful for Project Sweet Peas! As a parent of preemies, it's an amazing feeling to volunteer for an organization that provides support and love to families like mine. Project Sweet Peas provides care packages, memory boxes, financial support, gift cards (among many other things) to families with a baby in the NICU or those who have experienced loss. Love being part of the Project Sweet Peas family!

My son Braelyn was born 16 weeks early weighing 1 lb 3 oz. He spent 4 months in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. He is now 3 years old and doing great. During our stay, we had many people and organizations that helped us along our way. I knew the that we wanted to do something to help others. We opened up a local chapter with Project Sweet Peas. Project Sweet Peas supports families with premature & critically ill infants spending time in the NICU. It has became a passion of ours to help families during some of their most uncertain days. We supply care packages, holiday gifts, bearavment support, & financial support. Once you have experienced a NICU stay, you realize that the true hero's are the ones that were born into this world fighting for each breath they take. This organization is very important to me and it allows us to be able to support many families. The smallest things mean so much.
