I been helping project 180 the last 2 years and it’s been a blessing helping and they have also been a blessing helping me. I live at one of their recovery homes in Vallejo California and I been able to get my high school diploma since being there and I’m currently going to college to get my bachelors degree. It’s a great ministry that helps so much people.
This group of people serve the Tenderloin homeless. Their hearts are of gold, providing food, clothing, spiritual uplifting and, if needed, a chance to get off the streets that night to enter rehab. I love the genuine caring of these people!

This ministry is awesome. The teams that go out to give support, love, and a chance for a new life are so caring!! If you are interested in finding a way to "give back", this may be perfect for you. I personally help to collect the clothing that is given out, and the donors are really excited to help in this way. Five star!!!!
One of the beautiful, life changing non profit I have come across. Making an effort to talk to unfortunate ones who have given up on life and hope getting them back on feet and making them feel the value of beautiful world and nature around is truly a gift of lord. We get this valuable life with lot of good karma we do. We have to make it worth living. I truly support project 180 and wish we could get all homeless people back to life and homes. May lord inspire them through us. Love to David and all the great volunteers
Hi my name is Krystina and I have been part of project 180 going on 4 years now. I absolutely love it!! Being out on the streets spreading the love of the Lord! It's an amazing adrenaline rush and it brings a smile to my face to be able to give hope and love to the less fortunate. I encourage everyone to come out and volunteer! You won't regret it! Hope to see you soon!!
Project 180 is Awesome!!! So grateful for their service to our community. We left feeling like we made a difference and life-long memories. Excited to go back.
I volunteered with Project 180 Ministries when it began. This ministry and its vision is awe- inspiring and gave me a first- hand experience in to what it is really like to do God's work. The ministry has helped many people to change their life and for those who weren't ready just yet, it certainly planted the seed to show them there is a different way to live life. You can just feel the passion of the ministry through all of its volunteers!
Project 180!! My name is Luke and I have had the privilege of going out with this ministry a couple of times to do outreach in San Francisco Tenderloin district. The volunteers and team members which are lead by David M. are amazing!! Unless you have been behind the scenes one does not know the full extent of what it takes to organize and facilitate an operation of this size. Just the procuring of food, blankets, clothing, etc. is a full time job. I have seen them load the van and trailer full of warm clothing and food while cold rain was pouring down on them. Cancelling was never an option no matter how bad the weather. This is an organization motivated by compassion and love to reach the lost. I look forward to hearing the amazing testimonies God is going to give through this ministry.
I didn't know what to expect when I first went Project 180. I have been with Project 180 since the first day it started. Going out to San Francisco to feed the homeless is giving back to God. Project 180 is a great group of people, doing a great thing for others, for a great reason. The homeless in San Francisco are always happy to see us, and always thankful for what we bring to them. It is truly a great experience, and blessing to have.
I experienced the love and support of Project 180 by observing the graduation of one of their participants from a local continuing education program. Many volunteer members attended the ceremony. They were full of enthusiasm, pride and the love of the lord as they witness the hard work and determination of this young woman. Project 180 was able to help inspire someone to change their life, their world for the better.
My name is Kelli and I've been a part of Project 180 ministries for almost 4 years. In 2013 I was at point where I didn't want to live anymore, not being able to bare the pain I decided to commit suicide . As I injected a combination of heroin and meth into my veins I was on my way. Then I felt a touch on my foot and as I open my eyes I saw a face whom looked like a angle. He then asked me if I wanted something to eat and his next question he asked me changed my life forever he asked me if I wanted to live? I told him yes and I haven't look back. I'm now on the broard of Project 180 and this ministry is my family going out every 3rd Friday of each month searching for the lost is what keeps me going. We as ministries have to be the hands and feet of Christ, we cant become comfortable in our church walls we have to go out and bring them home. I would of died if God didn't send this man to me.
I have been volunteering with Project 180 for about six months. This opportunity grabbed my attention as I have a soft spot for those who are largely ignored by society. Bringing food to the homeless and destitute people in the Tenderloin brightens their lives. Feelings of empathy are strong as we freely share food, clothing and other essentials with those who are down on their luck. It's a powerful experience. A chance to connect with a group of people who are often treated as if they are invisible. We help add hope to their lives. This means so much to me as life really means something when you are helping those who are in need...
