Profound Ladies gets it! My experience with them has been nothing short of confirmation that BIPOC educators matter! Students thrive when the adults around them authentically share their lived experiences and those BIPIC educators thrive and can full show-up when they are supported by organizations like Profound Ladies! Love learning from and being in community with them. I am encouraged by the knowledge that my child is safe to bring their whole self to the classroom with the educators they support.
