Princess in training is a leadership camp that I am extremely proud to have my daughter be a part of. This camp builds leadership skills and boost self esteem by teaching them how to be positive role models in society that lives with the correct morals and values. On a personal note this program has contributed to the way my daughter see's her self. She is now more confidant and proud of who she is. She is a preteen with a wonderful character and high integrity and is not ashamed to show the princess that she is. The Princess is Training Leadership Program is awesome!

Causes: Children & Youth, Youth Development Programs
Mission: Our mission is to encourage young ladies that their futures are not shaped by their environments or circumstances. Every young girl was born to lead. It is our duty to assist these young ladies with identifying and developing these skills.
Results: Princess in Training Inc. has served over 100 girls in the Central Austin area through our camps, PIT stops, and conferences. Girls ranges from age 8-18 and are of all races and ethnicities.
Target demographics: girls ages 12-18.
Geographic areas served: Central Austin
Programs: Princess in Training Inc. (PIT) conducts a 6-week summer camp that caters to young ladies between the ages of 12-18. Classes are held on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.PIT classes focus on the following skills, which include, but are not limited to: • Leadership • Education • Finance • Fitness • Healthy Self Image • Entrepreneurship • Philanthropy Princess in Training also provides mini-workshops geared towards teenage girls ages within the Central Austin area and girls of any age may attend!
