Mission:
Our Mission is "to transform the lives of people with developmental disabilities by providing opportunities to achieve their fullest potential."
Programs:
Enclaves consist of a small group of eight or fewer adults, who work at a community job site with a supervisor provided by Primrose. Participants perform various service contracts, which enable them to perform valued roles in the community. Participants are paid under a special certificate from the Department of Labor and are paid according to production and work quality. Enclaves are another choice offered to people to learn and practice new skills that will attract potential employers. This is especially important in cases where the person and their support team have safety concerns and will benefit from the ease and comfort of a transition program. Current enclave locations include: Florida Mall Food Court, Primrose Janitorial Services and Primrose Cafeteria Services.
