Causes: Education
Mission: We will bring back faith, TRUST , pride and wealth to the minority and disadvantaged individuals and businesses in the South and surrounding areas by providing direct help and funds for immediate positive change! Our clients will learn the power of the paperwork!

Target demographics: minority and disadvantaged individuals and businesses in the South and surrounding areas.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Each $25,000 donation will sponsor two POPD workshops and ten (10) small minority and disadvantaged businesses and individuals.
Geographic areas served: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
Programs: Our POPD grants and workshops. We will provide hands-on opportunities to minority and disadvantaged individuals and small businesses by providing FREE state registration, business email setup, business EIN number, operating/bylaw agreement templates; help with additional licenses and certifications, directions on opening a business account and other business consulting and opportunities.
