I have participated in many of Jacek and Lidia’s “Power of Listening” sessions and have always gained new insights into the challenges I face within my life. Personal insights and solutions emerge naturally by simply sharing what is arising from within me and also listening compassionately to others. The whole is definitely greater than the sum of its parts. To me it feels like a kind of magical alchemy! I would love to share the process with you:

1) Jacek Reads the Rules
Jacek starts the session by sharing the rules, they include: no judging, no advice, just listening. This creates a safe, structured space, allowing creativity and connection to flow freely within these clear guidelines.

2) Lidia's Breathing Technique
Lidia leads a short breathing exercise to help everyone drop into their bodies. This grounding practice prepares you to fully engage, letting new ways of being emerge naturally as you listen.

3) The Practice Itself
With the rules set and everyone embodied, the group dives into the practice of authentic listening and speaking. Personal insights and solutions emerge through the power of being truly heard and seen.
In addition to speaking and listening with an open heart, the practice embraces moments of profound silence, where you sit observing your thoughts and emotions with no pressure to speak. These moments of silence deepen the experience. You only need to share when something arises—often a reflection from the past week given voice, or a thought or emotion you have carried for a lifetime but never spoken.
