Mission: Power Inspires Progress (PIP) is an employment education program. PIP was founded to provide positive work experiences for low-income, hard-to-employ people. PIP believes that everyone has a right to meaningful, stable employment at a living wage. Our goal is to increase the power of people through skill development and relationship building. PIP does this by operating small not-for-profit businesses. PIP recognizes that employees have different talents, needs and experiences. Therefore, we collaborate with other organizations to access additional services for our employees.
