Mission: The portuguese american center
Programs: The center's exempt purpose is to provide cultural, educational and athletic activities to members, guests and community residents. The portuguese american center of suffolk serves approximately 450 members. It is dedicated to providing cultural enrichment to its community by teaching the portuguese language and school curriculum as well providing an opportunity to the public to join its folklore dance groups and numerous other heritage related programs.
