The younger staff that handles check out is very friendly and efficient. One older staff member with grey hair & glasses used to be very friendly and helpful but has become bitter, controlling and spiteful. This makes me wonder if the manager is placing too heavy of a work load on the folks that work the back room where donations are sorted. The manager used to be kind & caring but has also become spiteful. Maybe it's still post covid syndrome but attitudes don't belong in a place that is a fund raiser for the community.

During the current year programs included help for those seeking a ged and to provide financial counseling, as well as food and shelter. 2,424 individuals and 774 families were served during 2016-2017 fiscal year. 153 of the 774 families served were new to the programs offered.
