Mission: Point Man of Oregon is an outreach for veterans and their families. There is a local outpost here in the Mid-Columbia area, which meets in The Dalles each Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Covenant Christian Community Church, 2630 E. 18th St., headed by Mark Anthony. There are outposts throughout the United States where men and women who have served in the military can find answers for the symptoms and issues of Post Traumatic Stress. Our local outpost holds a conference in The Dalles each year in September. This is an exciting event with national speakers, workshops for the veterans and their spouses.
