Programs: Pioneer lodge is an 8 bedroom residential home for chronically mentally ill and disabled adults. The housing is funded through the u. S. Department of housing and urban development (hud). Hud also subsidizes the residents' rental payments under section 8, additional assistance program. Trained clinical staff employed by the northeastern center, a related tax-exempt organization, provides 24 hour supervision, along with skill building trainings that promote independent living. The organization served 16 residents during the year ended june 30, 2017.
