Pines is an amazing educational entity to our community. It has served our area for over 40 years and we are thankful and blessed to be part of such a wonderful school!
Our son has attended for 8 years now, and we have been nothing but impressed and pleased with the education he has received. The teachers truly know the skill sets of each student and are able to meet them where they are, in order to push them towards new learning and goals. Pines fosters what I call the "deep vs wide" theory of knowledge; students go deep with their learning and truly assimilate information rather than going wide with many facts or pieces of knowledge.
As a parent, who also a professional educator, I see the value of what this school has to offer beyond what a traditional school can. Pines is not just a school but a family to us. We love the staff and families working together to make Pines a blended and peaceful community for children. When our young child came home saying, "I love my school." we were validated in knowing our choice of Pines was the right place for him to grow.

Mission: Pines montessori school prepares infants, preschool, primary, and elementary, and middle school children for life through learning experiences based on authentic montessori principles and practices.
Programs: To provide the montessori methods of teaching children in infant,preschool, primary, elementary, and middle school programs. Approximately 160 children from 3 months to 15 years old work in mixed aged groups according to their capabilities.
