Petaluma Blacks for Community Development (PBCD) is an organization formed to share black history and culture. PBCD has a yearly Black History Program, Jazz Concert and Black Exhibit. The membership of the group is open to everyone. The organization is celebrating its 40 year anniversary in 2018.
