This small town pet shelter has been in operation since 2012. The volunteer run entity works to find homes for cats and dogs 365 days a year. They average an intake of 500 pets per year that are abandoned, lost or strayed, unwanted or excess litters of kittens and puppies. All pets are completely vetted, spayed or neutered prior to adoption - or if too young are called back for the spay/neuter services when they mature. PAOC runs completely on donations of funds to cover vet bills and the community support for food, supplies and shelter needs is always appreciated. It is a 501c3 non profit located at 407 US Highway 183S, Cuero, TX 77954. Phone: 361-243-8550 - check them out on Facebook or their website: petadoptionsofcuero.org. President: Linda Anzaldua
