Mission: Our mission is to raise funds for local youth charities and organizations through extensive volunteer efforts. The Peoria Diamond Club and its members are dedicated to supporting the many wonderful community programs that educate and enrich our children’s lives while enhancing their futures.
Programs: The Peoria Diamond Club assists in operating the major league baseball spring training season at the Peoria Sports Complex, on behalf of the City of Peoria. Spring training is an important activity that provides significant economic and social benefits to the area.
The Peoria Diamond Club attracts, promotes and participates in other community events in Peoria on behalf of the City of Peoria and other community organizations. Funds raised throughout the year are donated to local youth charities and organizations to promote youth activities, education and other charitable needs.
As a first time applicant, our first grant from the Peoria Diamond Club was such a wonderful surprise! Since then, we have been grateful for both support through their annual grant program and from a special initiative where they awarded StreetLightUSA with an extra gift. Their staff and board has expressed genuine interest in our mission and we look forward to a long partnership!
